Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced HR & IR Assistant Manager to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience managing various aspects of human resources and industrial relations, including recruitment, compliance with labor laws, and benefits administration.

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to candidate onboarding.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Conduct interviews and assessments to select suitable candidates.
Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations, ensuring compliance.
Manage documentation and reporting related to labor laws, PF, and ESI.
Administer employee benefits programs, including PF and ESI, and provide guidance to employees.
Implement performance management processes, including appraisals and goal setting.
Provide guidance and support to employees and managers in performance improvement.
Identify training needs and coordinate development programs to support employee growth and development.
Maintain accurate HR records and generate relevant reports, preparing and submitting necessary reports to management and regulatory authorities.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration (B.B.A/M.B.A/PGDM).
Minimum 2 years of experience in HR/Recruitment/HRM/IR/T&D/Ops.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in MS Office and other HR software applications.
