HR & IR Assistant Manager

You will be responsible for managing various aspects of human resources and industrial relations in Gurgaon. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing the recruitment process, developing effective recruitment strategies, conducting interviews, and selecting suitable candidates. You will need to stay updated with labor laws and regulations, manage documentation related to labor laws, PF, and ESI, and handle employee grievances in compliance with labor laws. Administering employee benefits programs, maintaining employee records, and assisting employees in understanding their benefits will also be part of your role. Implementing performance management processes, providing guidance for appraisals and goal setting, identifying training needs, coordinating development programs, and supporting employee growth will be essential. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate HR records, generating reports, and submitting necessary reports to management and regulatory authorities. The offered salary for this position ranges from 3 to 4.25 Lakhs per annum.
