Job Description

HR & IR Assistant Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

Recruitment:
Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to candidate onboarding. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Labour Laws and Compliance:
Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations to ensure company compliance. Manage all documentation and reporting related to labor laws,
PF (Provident Fund)
, and
ESI (Employee State Insurance)
.
Employee Benefits:
Administer employee benefits programs, including
PF
and
ESI
, and provide guidance to employees on how to utilize their benefits.
Performance Management:
Implement performance management processes, including appraisals and goal setting. Provide guidance and support to employees and managers for performance improvement.
Training and Development:
Identify training needs and coordinate development programs to support employee growth and engagement.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports for management and regulatory authorities.

Skills Required

Experience in a similar HR and Industrial Relations role.
Proficiency in overseeing the entire recruitment lifecycle.
Up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
Experience in managing documentation and reporting for compliance,
PF
, and
ESI
.
The ability to administer employee benefits programs.
Experience in implementing performance management processes.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A proven ability to maintain accurate records and generate reports.
