📍 Location: (Hybrid - Trivandrum)

🕒 Internship Duration: 6 months - (Conversion to full time job based on performance)

💼 Stipend: Yes (Monthly - 4k)

🎯 Role & Responsibilities

As an HR Intern, you will:

* Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding

* Manage and update employee records and documentation

* Coordinate and organize employee engagement activities and virtual events

* Support performance appraisal and training & development initiatives

* Help maintain internal HR databases and generate reports

* Participate in HR projects and research HR trends and policies

✅ What We're Looking For

* Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, Technology/engineering graduates who would like to build an HR career in the Tech Industry

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive

* Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace tools, HR analytics tools, MS Excel

* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
