HR Intern


Location: (Onsite - Trivandrum)

Internship Duration: 6 months - (Conversion to full time job based on performance)

Stipend: Yes (Monthly - 4k)


Role & Responsibilities

As an HR Intern, you will:

  • Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding
  • Manage and update employee records and documentation
  • Coordinate and organize employee engagement activities and virtual events
  • Support performance appraisal and training & development initiatives
  • Help maintain internal HR databases and generate reports
  • Participate in HR projects and research HR trends and policies


What We're Looking For

  • Recently completed bachelor/ master degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, Technology/engineering graduates who would like to build an HR career in the Tech Industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace tools, HR analytics tools, MS Excel
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
