HR Internship

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team for a 1-month onsite internship (Certification Provided) at our Hi-Tech City office. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates

Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers

Support onboarding and documentation processes

Maintain HR records and employee data

Help organize internal HR events and engagement activities

Contribute to day-to-day HR operations and admin support

Desired Candidate Profile:

Currently pursuing or recently completed graduation/post-graduation in HR or related field

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Basic understanding of HR functions and recruitment process

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn in a corporate environment
