Job Summary:

The HR Intern will support the HR department in day-to-day activities including recruitment, employee engagement, documentation, and other HR operations, gaining practical exposure to core HR functions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases.
• Support onboarding and induction processes.
• Assist in drafting HR letters, policies, and documents.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities.
• Provide support in payroll and attendance management.
• Conduct research on HR best practices and trends.
• Handle basic employee queries and escalate when required.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Pursuing/completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Management, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
