HR Intern

We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Accounts Intern to support our Finance & Accounts team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in accounting processes, financial documentation, and day-to-day business finance operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day accounting activities including data entry, invoice processing, and record keeping
• Help prepare and maintain financial reports, ledgers, and statements
• Support reconciliation of bank statements and vendor accounts
• Assist with GST, TDS, and other compliance-related tasks
• Organize and maintain accounting documents and records
• Coordinate with internal departments for billing and payment updates
• Provide support during audits and month-end financial closing
• Perform other administrative and financial tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in B.Com, M.Com, BBA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Familiarity with MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks) is a plus
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong ethics and ability to maintain confidentiality
