Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources department. The intern will gain hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative tasks while learning about workplace policies and professional practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process (posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews)
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Support onboarding and orientation of new employees
• Help with payroll, attendance, and leave records
• Assist in organizing training sessions and employee engagement activities
• Prepare HR reports, documents, and presentations
• Ensure confidentiality of employee and company information
• Support daily HR administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• Basic understanding of HR principles and practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational and time-management abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
