HR Intern

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources department in daily HR operations. The intern will gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing resumes, screening, scheduling interviews)
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Support onboarding and induction processes
• Help in drafting offer letters, joining letters, and HR documents
• Coordinate with candidates and internal teams
• Assist in attendance, leave management, and HR reports
• Support HR activities such as employee engagement and training programs
• Perform other HR-related administrative tasks as assigned

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate / pursuing graduation in HR, Management, or related field
• Basic understanding of HR functions and recruitment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Email
• Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality
• Willingness to learn and positive attitude

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,483.11 per month
