HR Intern

Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated HR Recruiter Interns to join our team for a 3-month internship program. This role offers hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting daily HR operations. Based on your performance during the internship, you will be offered a permanent HR Recruiter position at Sara Infotech.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases
• Conduct telephonic screening and schedule interviews
• Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers for interview follow-ups
• Maintain recruitment trackers and daily reports
• Support HR team in onboarding and documentation
• Achieve weekly and monthly hiring targets
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for various roles

Required Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong work ethic

Eligibility:

• Any Graduate / MBA (HR) fresher
• Immediate joiners preferred
