Role Objective

To support the HR team in digitizing HR records and processes, ensuring accurate data management and streamlined HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Digitization of employee files and HR documents
• Data entry and migration into HRMS / Excel trackers
• Organizing and maintaining digital employee records
• Supporting HR documentation, SOPs, and process mapping
• Assisting in onboarding documentation and verification
• Coordinating with internal teams for data collection
• Maintaining data accuracy and confidentiality

Eligibility

• Qualification: Any degree
• Preference: Male candidates
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Interest in HR operations and digital systems
• Good attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
