HR Intern

About the Role :

Trackpi is offering a 3-month unpaid HR Internship Program designed for individuals eager to gain real-world HR experience. This program focuses on two critical HR functions: recruitment of new candidates and Client service recruitment. You will work closely with the HR team and actively contribute to meaningful processes that shape the development of your workforce.

Key Responsibilities :

• Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling.
• Maintain and update the candidate database while tracking recruitment progress.
• Assist with onboarding and induction activities for new employees.
• Contribute to the development of HR policies, and related documentation.
• Coordinate and support employee engagement initiatives and virtual team-building events.
• Address HR-related inquiries and provide administrative assistance to the HR team.
• Assist in the implementation of performance evaluation and feedback processes.
• Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive HR information.

Requirements :

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Laptop: Must have access to your own computer.
• Ability to work independently while effectively managing multiple responsibilities.
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities.

Working Hours : 10 am - 6 pm
