Role Description

This is an on-site internship role based in Saket for an HR Intern. The intern will support HR functions such as recruitment, employee engagement, and onboarding processes. Responsibilities include assisting with job postings, scheduling interviews, maintaining HR databases, and helping with personnel documentation. The role provides hands-on exposure to various human resource operations while contributing to team initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR practices
• Proficiency in using MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to manage time effectively and handle confidential information responsibly
• Enthusiasm for learning and displaying a proactive approach
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
