HR Intern

About Lollino Cafe:

Lollino Cafe is a growing F&B brand with multiple outlets across Kerala and the UAE, committed to excellence in food, customer experience, and people practices. As part of our continuous HR development efforts, we are looking for a dynamic and passionate HR Intern to join our team at the Head Office in Thalassery.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist the HR team in recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
• Help in maintaining employee records, both digital and physical.
• Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation, ID creation, and orientation.
• Support in managing attendance tracking, leave records, and basic payroll inputs.
• Assist in drafting and issuing official letters (offer letters, warning letters, etc.).
• Help in organizing HR reports, audits, and data entry.
• Coordinate with different branches for HR-related queries and updates.
• Contribute to employee engagement activities and HR events.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, grooming standards, and labour compliance basics.

Who Can Apply:

• Candidates who have completed an MBA in Human Resource Management.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel).
• Passionate about learning real-time HR processes in a growing company.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
