About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and talented Demi Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. You will assist the Chef de Partie in managing a section of the kitchen and be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes according to our quality standards. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow within a professional kitchen environment. Key Responsibilities: Support the Chef de Partie in running a specific section of the kitchen (e.g., grill, pastry, hot kitchen). Prepare ingredients and cook menu items to company standards and specifications. Ensure mise en place is completed efficiently for your section. Maintain the highest hygiene and food safety standards at all times. Assist with stock control and daily checks for freshness and quality. Work collaboratively with the team to ensure timely and smooth service during busy hours. Take responsibility for junior staff or commis chefs when needed. Follow proper procedures for equipment care, waste reduction, and portion control.
