Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities: Greeting customers politely and provide excellent customer service. Plan the most efficient route for delivering packages, considering factors such as traffic, weather conditions, and delivery deadlines. Load packages onto the delivery vehicle, ensuring that they are properly secured to prevent damage during transit. Unload packages at the delivery location, taking care to handle items with care. Verify the accuracy of deliveries by comparing them to the delivery orders. Ensure that the correct items are delivered to the intended recipient. Provide excellent customer service by interacting with customers in a friendly and professional manner. Maintain communication with the dispatch team or supervisor to provide updates on delivery status, report any problems encountered during the delivery process, and request assistance if needed. Adhere to all safety standards and regulations while driving and handling packages. Ensure that the delivery vehicle is properly maintained and in good working condition. Pay close attention to detail to ensure the accuracy of deliveries and prevent errors or discrepancies. Work closely with other staff and support order captains in peak hours to ensure efficient operations and a positive customer experience.
