Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our recruitment and talent acquisition activities. The ideal candidate will assist in end-to-end hiring processes, from posting job openings to coordinating interviews with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
· Post job requirements on various job portals and social media platforms.
· Source and shortlist candidates based on the Job Description.
· Conduct preliminary screening and schedule interviews.
· Coordinate technical rounds with internal teams and client offices.
· Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
· Support HR team in day-to-day operations and documentation.
Requirements:
· Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Management, or related field.
· Strong communication and coordination skills.
· Basic knowledge of recruitment tools and job portals.
· Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.
· Should have a Laptop and excellent Internet Connection.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
