Job Title: Purchase Officer – Industrial Electronics / PA & VA Systems
Location: Dhayari, Pune

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Purchase Officer to manage the procurement of electronic goods and components for Industrial Public Address, Voice Alarm, and IP-based Talkback Systems. The role involves vendor coordination, order placement, price negotiation, and purchase documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
· Handle purchase of electronic and electrical items from approved vendors.
· Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for best pricing and delivery terms.
· Prepare and issue purchase orders as per project and inventory requirements.
· Coordinate with vendors and logistics for timely material delivery.
· Maintain purchase records, vendor database, and payment tracking.
· Work closely with project, accounts, and stores teams to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
· BSc in Electronics/B.Com
· 1-2 years of experience in industrial or electronic goods procurement.
· Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
· Good knowledge of purchase processes, documentation, and ERP/Tally preferred.
· Should have a 2-Wheeler and License

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
