Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a HR Intern. The HR Intern will assist in day-to-day HR activities such as managing HR policies, employee benefits, personnel management, and providing support for various HR initiatives. The intern will help in maintaining employee records, coordinating orientation and training sessions, and ensuring compliance with HR regulations. This role offers valuable hands-on experience in human resources management, providing an opportunity to develop practical skills in a professional setting.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and Personnel Management skills
• Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Some experience or exposure to HR functions or internships is a plus
