HR Intern

Job description:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Intern HR Executive to join our dynamic team. This opportunity is ideal for fresh MBA HR graduates who are eager to build their careers in Human Resources and gain hands-on experience across various HR functions in a fast-paced IT environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
• Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
• Maintain employee records and assist in preparing HR reports and documentation.
• Coordinate and support employee engagement initiatives and HR events.
• Help manage attendance, leave tracking, and other HR operational activities.
• Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• MBA in HR (must be completed).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
• Familiarity with job portals and MS Office tools.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team.
• Prior internship or training experience in HR (preferred but not mandatory).
