Job Title:HR Intern

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern(Female) to support various HR functions, including recruitment, documentation, employee engagement, and general HR operations. The intern will gain hands-on experience in HR processes and daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment Support

* Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals and social media.

* Screen resumes and coordinate interviews.

* Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules and updates.

2. HR Operations

* Support employee onboarding and joining formalities.

* Assist in maintaining employee records and HR documentation.

* Update attendance, leave records, and basic HR data.

3. Employee Engagement

* Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.

* Support internal communication initiatives.

4. Administrative Tasks

* Prepare HR letters, reports, and spreadsheets.

* Coordinate with different departments for HR-related requirements.

* Handle day-to-day HR queries under supervision.

5. Learning & Development Support

* Assist in coordinating training sessions.

* Maintain training attendance and feedback records.

Requirements:

* Any graduate or pursuing degree in HR/Management (BBA/MBA HR preferred).

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

* Eagerness to learn and interest in HR functions.

* Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

License/Certification:

• 2 Wheeler Licence (Preferred)
