Key responsibilities Partner with hiring managers : Work with department heads to understand their staffing needs and the requirements for each role. Develop and post job descriptions : Create compelling job postings and distribute them across various channels like online job boards, professional networks, and social media. Source candidates : Proactively identify and attract qualified candidates through diverse methods such as professional networking, job fairs, and online platforms. Screen and interview candidates : Review resumes and applications, conduct interviews (phone, in-person), and assess candidates for both skills and cultural fit. Manage the hiring process : Coordinate interviews, extend job offers, negotiate salaries, and conduct background checks. Onboard new hires : Assist with the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
