Properly coordinate the service team for attending customer complaint calls till completion. to send AMC proposals to customers(warranty & AMC renewal), preparation and sending quotations to customers, to facilitate accounts dept for generating invoices and follow up with customers for payments. update details in google sheet. on receiving purchase order/work order, send request to Materials dept. to purchase spares. Coordinate daily works of Engineers. maintain customer data base (FSR, AMC, B CHECK, complaint calls)
