We're Hiring an HR Intern / Junior HR Executive / HR Executive.

Ltd., a leading system integrator specializing in the supply, installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of IP-based surveillance systems, CCTV, access control solutions, intrusion detection systems, AI/ML solutions, and other advanced security solutions under the ICT digitization framework. eSec has successfully executed many projects nationwide, including Safe/Smart City initiatives and various large-scale government and enterprise projects. Our portfolio spans a wide range of sectors, including airports, corporate offices, renewable energy, power and transmission, ports, manufacturing, and educational institutions, and many more.

What You'll Do

  • Support the

    end-to-end recruitment process

    : Assist in the preparation of the JD, sourcing profiles through various job portals, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave, and provide support in payroll processing.
  • Assist in implementing policies, ensure employees understand the policy and comply with it.
  • Assist in

    employee engagement

    initiatives such as organizing events, activities, team-building programs, and celebrations.
  • Assist in onboarding & induction of new employees.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate learning & development activities.
  • Coordinate with management and employees for smooth HR operations and compliance.
  • Contribute to general administrative matters in collaboration with the HR team.
  • Generate HR-related reports as and when required (i.e. MIS)

Education & Eligibility

  • Qualification:

    BBA / MBA / PGDHR / PGDM in Human Resources

  • Experience:

    Freshers can apply

    ; 0 to 2.5 years of experience in HR preferred.
  • Salary Range:

    negotiable for the right candidate.
