We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources department. This internship will provide exposure to real-world HR operations and an opportunity to support various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration. Key Responsibilities: Assist in end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews). Support in onboarding and orientation for new hires. Maintain and update employee records in HR databases. Help organize employee engagement activities and events. Assist in drafting HR documents, policies, and communications. Provide support in performance management and feedback collection. Coordinate with internal departments as needed. Requirements: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of HR functions and best practices. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. Eagerness to learn and contribute to a fast-paced environment.
