Role Description

This is an on-site internship role for a HR Intern based in Indore. The HR Intern will assist with day-to-day HR activities including recruitment processes, onboarding, employee records management, and participation in HR projects. Tasks will also involve assisting in organizing and coordinating employee engagement activities, maintaining HR databases, and providing support in the execution of HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of HR databases and record-keeping
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Enthusiasm for learning and contributing to HR functions
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or currently pursuing)
