About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship will provide you with hands-on experience in various HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing and screening resumes through job portals and social media
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Support in onboarding and induction of new employees
• Help maintain employee records and databases
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and HR events
• Prepare HR-related documents like offer letters, appointment letters, etc.
• Participate in performance review processes and internal HR audits
• Support HR team with day-to-day administrative tasks

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of HR practices and labor laws
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to multitask and handle confidential information with integrity
