Job Title: HR Intern – US Shift

Industry: IT Services & Consulting

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience: Fresher

Location: Noida Sector 63| Work from Office

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate leads through various online platforms like LinkedIn, etc.
Communicate with international clients via emails, chats, and calls.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams.
Prepare proposals and presentations for potential clients.
Maintain client databases and follow-up activities.
Ensure timely responses and professional communication with prospects.

Required Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Basic knowledge of IT services, digital marketing, or software development (preferred but not mandatory).
Strong learning attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently during night shifts.
