Email Marketing Specialist

Job Description

We are hiring a detail-oriented and creative Email Marketing Specialist to drive targeted email campaigns for US-based clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital communication, lead generation strategies, and customer engagement via email. You’ll be responsible for crafting and executing high-performing email campaigns that generate leads and conversions. Key Responsibilities Create, manage, and optimize outbound email campaigns targeting US prospects Build and segment email lists for personalized outreach Write engaging and effective subject lines and email content Monitor campaign performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions) A/B test subject lines, content, and send times to improve results Maintain clean, up-to-date lead databases and email marketing tools Collaborate with the business development team to support lead generation goals Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field Excellent written English and email etiquette Familiarity with email marketing tools like Mailchimp, SendGrid, etc. Understanding of CAN-SPAM/GDPR compliance (preferred) Basic knowledge of HTML and design tools (a plus, not mandatory) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Willingness to work evening/night shifts for US outreach What We Offer Competitive base salary + incentives based on campaign performance Hands-on training and mentoring from experienced professionals A dynamic and growth-focused work environment Opportunity to build a portfolio working with international markets Job Types: Full-time, Fresher Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Internet reimbursement Paid sick time Schedule: Day shift Evening shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
