About the Role:

Key Responsibilities

• Support the recruitment lifecycle sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate databases.
• Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
• Assist in shortlisting candidates based on role fit and qualifications.
• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates for feedback.
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and reports.
• Contribute to creating a positive candidate experience.
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with MS Office and online job portals is an added advantage.
• Proactive, organized, and eager to learn.
