Role Overview

As an HR Intern, you will support various human resource initiatives including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and performance tracking. You’ll work closely with the HR team to ensure smooth operations and contribute to building a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing candidates and screening resumes
• Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with applicants
• Support onboarding processes and documentation
• Help organize employee engagement activities and feedback surveys
• Maintain HR records and ensure data accuracy
• Contribute to policy updates, training materials, and internal communications

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Basic understanding of HR principles and recruitment processes
• Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
• Good communication skills and attention to detail
