Job Description

Job Title: HR Intern

Location: Yeshwanthpur, Bangalore

Company: Neralu Managed Farms

About the Role:

We’re looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to support our day-to-day HR activities at Neralu Farms. You’ll assist in recruitment, attendance tracking and employee coordination while gaining hands-on experience in HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various roles
Maintain employee attendance and leave records
Help with onboarding and documentation of new hires
Support internal communication and employee engagement activities
Coordinate with different departments for HR related tasks

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or pursuing HR-related course
Good communication and coordination skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
Eager to learn and grow in HR

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
