Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for an HR Intern . The HR Intern will assist in developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and supporting personnel management tasks. The role involves organizing and maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment processes, and ensuring compliance with HR standards and practices. Additionally, the HR Intern will contribute to employee engagement initiatives and collaborate on various HR projects to support the company's growth.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting processes.
• Knowledge and practical experience in Hiring and Interviewing.
• Understanding of Employer Branding strategies and their implementation.
• Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior internship experience in HR or recruitment is a plus.
