Roles and Responsibilities:
As an HR Intern under the Recruitment and Selection team, your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Assisting in Recruitment Process:
- Helping with job postings on various platforms, including social media and job boards
- Screening resumes and cover letters to shortlist candidates
- Coordinating with the recruitment team to schedule interviews
- Assisting in conducting interviews, including taking notes and providing feedback
2. Database Management:
- Maintaining and updating candidate databases, including tracking candidate progress and communication
- Ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality
3. Reporting and Analytics:
- Assisting in generating reports on recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire and source of hire
- Providing insights and suggestions to improve the recruitment process
4. Coordination and Communication:
- Coordinating with various stakeholders, including hiring managers and candidates
- Responding to candidate inquiries and providing information about the recruitment process
Requirements:
- Pursuing a degree in HR or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in MS Office
- High level of confidentiality and discretion
