Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team in Noida. This internship offers hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and HR compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates
Support onboarding and offboarding processes
Maintain and update employee records and databases
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events
Support the HR team in day-to-day administrative tasks
Contribute to HR projects and process improvements

Requirements:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good organizational and time-management abilities
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Eagerness to learn and take initiative

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹5,000.00 per month
