Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our HR team in executing day-to-day operations and assisting in various human resources initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Assist in talent acquisition: sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews Support onboarding and induction processes Maintain and update employee records and HR databases Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities Provide administrative support in HR operations and documentation Coordinate with various departments for HR-related queries Who Can Apply: Students pursuing graduation/post-graduation in HR, Business Administration, or related fields Freshers with strong interest in HR are welcome Good communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong organizational skills and a willingness to learn Perks & Benefits: Monthly stipend of ₹5,000 to ₹7,000 Internship certificate on successful completion Exposure to end-to-end HR processes Opportunity to work with a professional and collaborative team Job Types: Full-time, Internship Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
