HR Intern

HRIS & HR Technology

• Assist in implementation, configuration, and testing of the HR Information System (HRIS).
• Perform data entry, data validation, and migration within the HR software.
• Support generation of HR reports, dashboards, and analytics.
• Troubleshoot basic HRIS issues and coordinate with IT/HR teams for resolutions.
• Help document HRIS processes and prepare user manuals for employees.

Recruitment & Onboarding

• Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
• Support the onboarding process, including induction programs and document collection.
• Maintain candidate and employee records in the HRIS.

Employee Engagement & Administration

• Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities.
• Help manage attendance, leave, and payroll-related data through the HRIS.
• Draft HR-related documents, reports, and communication letters.

General HR Support

• Conduct market research on HR best practices and trends.
• Provide administrative assistance for HR events and projects.
• Ensure data confidentiality and adherence to HR policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or pursuing) in HR, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• Basic understanding of HR processes and HR software tools.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with databases or analytics is a plus.

• Kochin, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
