Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team. This role offers hands-on experience across various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, and HR operations. The internship will provide exposure to real-time HR practices and help build a foundation for a future career in Human Resources.

Stipend - 5,000/-

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process (sourcing, screening resumes, scheduling interviews).
• Support onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
• Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
• Assist in drafting HR documents, policies, and communications.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and events.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team in day-to-day tasks.
• Research HR best practices and contribute fresh ideas to improve processes.

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
