Internship Overview

We are looking for passionate and energetic HR Interns who are eager to learn and gain hands-on exposure to HR operations. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to work closely with the HR team and understand core HR functions in a fast-paced food & hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment activities – sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
• Support HR documentation and database management.
• Help in employee engagement activities and event coordination.
• Maintain attendance, leave, and other HR records.
• Assist in HR reports and daily checklist updates.
• Learn and support various HR processes as per requirement.

Requirements

• Pursuing/completed MBA / MSW / BBA / Any HR-related course.
• Strong interest in building a career in HR.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace preferred.
• Ability to work with dedication and attention to detail.
