HR Generalist/HR Specialist/HR Executive

As an HR Executive at Einnosys in Ahmedabad, India, you will play a crucial role in talent acquisition, employee onboarding and offboarding, HR operations, compliance, employee engagement, performance management, administration, and reporting. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and reference checks. - Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and ensure timely hiring. - Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires and manage exit formalities efficiently. - Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. - Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies, support employee engagement programs, and participate in performance management processes. - Organize and manage HR reports, data, and documentation, and contribute to special HR projects and initiatives. Required Qualifications & Skills: - Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. - Experience: At least 1 year of HR experience, preferably in a corporate setting. - Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software and HRIS systems. - Soft Skills: Strong knowledge of employment laws, excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively, detail-oriented and methodical in managing HR processes.
