HR Generalist

You should have 4-5 years of experience in HR end-to-end processes, demonstrating a strong knowledge of hiring processes. Your responsibilities will include conducting employee onboarding, organizing training & development initiatives, administering compensation and benefit plans, and ensuring compliance with HR best practices and current regulations. You will also be expected to have expertise in HR policies and procedures, assisting in the development and implementation of human resource policies. Your role will involve tasks related to performance management, including organizing quarterly and annual employee performance reviews and analyzing data using HR metrics such as time to hire and employee turnover rates. You will provide support to employees on various HR-related topics like leaves and compensation, resolving any arising issues. Maintaining employee files and records in system folders is also part of your duties. To enhance job satisfaction, you will be responsible for promptly resolving issues, introducing new perks and benefits, and organizing team-building activities. An employee-focused attitude, high professionalism, discretion, sound judgment, and problem-solving skills are essential qualities for this role. You should ensure compliance with labor regulations and have familiarity with the MS Office suite along with excellent communication skills. Prior experience in the healthcare sector is preferred, and a Bachelor's degree in human resources management or a related discipline is desirable.
