How You Will Achieve Success In This Role
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to recruit top, diverse talent while ensuring a smooth candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Lead employee engagement and culture-building initiatives that foster inclusion, collaboration, and team connection.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on career growth, performance, and development.
- Ensure HR operations, documentation, and compliance are executed accurately, timely, and aligned with both global standards and India-specific requirements.
- Drive process improvements across onboarding, offboarding, equipment management, and vendor coordination to maximize efficiency.

- Demonstrated success in delivering timely hires and building a strong, diverse candidate pipeline.
- Proven ability to drive employee engagement, foster connection and high participation in surveys and events.
- Skilled in developing HR documentaiton, policies, and tools that are clear, compliant, and locally relevant.
- Experienced in managing promotion cycles, career development conversations, and growth mapping to support retention and mobility.
- Adept at overseeing HR operations - from onboarding to compliance - with accuracy, efficiency, and high employee satisfaction.
This is a remote position and requires candidates to have an available work-from-home setup
