Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and resourceful HR Generalist to support the Head of HR in managing a wide range of human resources functions. This role will assist in implementing HR policies, overseeing recruitment processes, handling employee relations, ensuring compliance, and supporting performance management initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication skills, a solid understanding of HR practices, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

* Support Head of HR into end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication for International Markets
* Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely hiring.
* Maintain talent pipelines and support employer branding initiatives.
* Assist in the implementation of recruitment strategies and candidate assessments.

2.

Induction & Onboarding Experience

* Facilitate the onboarding process to ensure a seamless experience for new hires.
* Prepare and coordinate induction schedules, welcome kits, and initial documentation.
* Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize new employees with company policies and culture.
* Gather feedback from new hires and support continuous improvement of onboarding practices.

3. Employee Engagement & Relations

* Support the planning and execution of employee engagement programs and events.
* Assist in handling employee grievances, queries, and feedback in coordination with the Head of HR.
* Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
* Maintain regular communication with employees to understand their concerns and boost morale.

4. HR Operations & Compliance

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
* Manage leave records, attendance systems, and HRIS updates.
* Assist with payroll inputs, verification, and coordination with the finance/payroll team for timely and accurate disbursement.
* Support benefits administration, including medical insurance, reimbursements, and employee welfare programs.
* Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and statutory compliance.
* Support internal audits and HR reporting requirements.

5. Strategic HR Support

* Provide administrative and operational support to the Head of HR on strategic HR initiatives.
* Participate in policy reviews, process improvements, and organizational development initiatives.
* Collaborate with the Head of HR to evaluate training outcomes and measure return on investment (ROI) to ensure continuous improvement of L&D initiatives.
* Act as a liaison between HR leadership and internal stakeholders for project follow-ups and implementation.
