Job Description

Job Description: As a People Generalist at Open Systems, you play a crucial role in efficiently executing core HR administrative processes, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and effectiveness. Your responsibilities include overseeing employee lifecycle management, HR systems, documentation, and local policy implementation. You support global HR initiatives at the local level, act as a key liaison between regional teams and central HR, and contribute to talent acquisition and retention through various initiatives. This role is based in the Noida office and reports to the Head of People & Culture in Europe. Key Responsibilities: - Onboarding/Offboarding of Employees - Office administration - Managing Campus hiring events - Designing company policies and procedures - Reviewing and updating employment contracts and agreements - End-to-end recruitment process management - Budget planning - Managing internal communication - Measuring the effectiveness of benefits programs and recommending improvements - Managing internal and external HR reports, HR processes, and tools Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5-6 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in the IT industry with cross-cultural teams - Hands-on experience in BambooHR - People-oriented and results-driven - Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics - Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills - In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices - Degree in Human Resources or related field - Very good English skills (Note: Additional details of the company have been omitted as per the provided instructions),
