HR Generalist

You will be joining Live Eye Surveillance as an HR Generalist at their Mohali office. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and oversee various human resource operations on a daily basis. This will involve supporting recruitment activities, onboarding new employees, ensuring compliance with regulations, fostering employee engagement, and enhancing overall people operations to create a productive and positive work environment that aligns with the company's rapid growth in surveillance operations. Your key responsibilities will include managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings and shortlisting to interviewing and onboarding. You will collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and timelines, conduct new hire orientations, and maintain all relevant documentation according to company policies. In addition, you will be tasked with maintaining and updating employee records in the HRMS, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and internal HR policies. As the HR Generalist, you will also serve as a point of contact for employee queries and grievance resolution, facilitate employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and internal communication efforts, as well as support performance appraisal and feedback processes. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing HR reports, MIS data, and assisting with audits, ensuring the timely issuance of various letters, and upholding confidentiality and data integrity at all times. To qualify for this role, you should hold a graduate degree in any discipline (MBA in HR preferred) and have at least 3 years of experience in HR operations or as an HR Generalist. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRMS software is essential, along with a solid understanding of Indian labor laws and HR best practices. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills are required, as well as the ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively.
