Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to manage end-to-end HR operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience across the employee lifecycle and strong knowledge of HR policies, compliance, and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, exits, and employee documentation
• Manage recruitment coordination: screening resumes, scheduling interviews, offer rollout, and joining formalities
• Oversee employee lifecycle management and maintain accurate HR records and HRMS data
• Implement and manage HR policies, procedures, and SOPs
• Handle payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, and coordination with payroll vendors/finance
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, PT, CL, SL, etc.)
• Manage performance management processes (appraisals, goal setting, reviews)
• Address employee relations, grievances, and engagement initiatives
• Support HR audits, reports, MIS, and compliance documentation
• Assist in learning & development and training coordination
• Act as a point of contact for employees on HR-related queries

Required Skills & Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification
• 4–6 years of experience in HR Generalist / HR Operations role
• Strong understanding of HR operations and Indian labor laws
• Hands-on experience with HRMS and payroll coordination
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
• Immediate joiners preferred
