Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern ( internship Cum Full Time )who is eager to learn and contribute to both HR and operational functions. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to core HR practices while supporting day-to-day business operations. High-performing interns may be offered a full-time role upon successful completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment: sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews
• Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Help organize employee engagement activities and internal events
• Coordinate with vendors and support operational logistics
• Assist in drafting HR policies, memos, and internal communications
• Provide administrative support across HR and operations teams
• Participate in process improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Prior internship or project experience in HR/operations is a plus

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
