Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, induction, confirmation, and exit formalities.
Handle end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers.
Act as the first point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution.
Support payroll processing by providing attendance, leave, and salary-related inputs.
Coordinate performance management cycles (goal setting, appraisal, and feedback sessions).
Organize employee engagement activities and support in building a positive workplace culture.
Maintain accurate HR records, databases, and reports for management review.
Partner with management to identify training needs and assist in employee development programs.
Experience in handling recruitment, payroll support, and employee relations.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain confidentiality.
Hands-on experience with HR analytics and dashboards.
Ability to drive employee engagement initiatives.
Strong negotiation and conflict management skills.
