Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  1. Handle end-to-end recruitment process for technical and non-technical roles.
  2. Coordinate with hiring managers to define role requirements and selection criteria.
  3. Manage job postings, screening, scheduling, and offer negotiations.
  4. Conduct smooth onboarding & orientation programs to integrate new hires effectively.
  5. Support the performance appraisal process and provide guidance to managers.
  6. Manage payroll inputs, leave, and attendance records.

Preferred candidate profile:

  1. Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. 3 to 5 years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in IT / Technology / Cyber Security industry.
  3. Strong knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
  4. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  5. Familiarity with HRMS/ATS systems and MS Office tools.
